Safina is a Notary Public and experienced Solicitor, bringing over 25 years of legal expertise to Rose Dean Notaries. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 with a First-Class Honours Law degree and has specialised in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Immigration Law - experience that directly benefits clients with international legal matters.
As an accredited Duty Solicitor since 2001, Safina has built her career on supporting vulnerable individuals and empowering clients to make informed legal decisions. This commitment to client care extends seamlessly into her notary practice, where she assists with overseas legal matters involving family, property, probate, and commercial documentation.
Safina's comprehensive legal background, combined with her fluency in English, Punjabi, Mirpuri, and Urdu enables her to serve diverse communities with confidence and cultural understanding. She also holds qualifications as a trained Mediator and provides legal training within Higher Education, bringing exceptional communication skills to every client interaction.
These are areas she continues to practise. She became an accredited Duty Solicitor at court and at the police station in 2001 and continues to practise as a Duty Solicitor, helping those that are vulnerable and in difficulties. She has a strong commitment to supporting and empowering individuals to make informed decisions within the parameters of the law.
